SettledHub (also known as Settled Hub) at settledhub.com helps everyone settling in the UK discover and contact independent providers. We do not provide services, accept bookings, or process payments. Any agreement is made directly between users and providers.
How we position the platform
We aim to feature providers who meet relevant standards where applicable. Users should verify details independently.
SettledHub exists to make settling in the UK easier to navigate for everyone. We believe moving to a new country should be exciting, not overwhelming. From discovering accommodation options before you land to finding practical guides and independent providers, we offer tools and a directory so you can connect with third parties on your own terms.
To become a trusted directory for everyone settling in the UK — connecting people with resources and independent providers across common settlement needs. We envision a future where fewer people feel lost or alone when building their life in a new country.
SettledHub was born out of frustration. In 2024, our founders — a group of people who had recently arrived in the UK — found themselves navigating an overwhelming maze of tasks: finding accommodation from abroad, understanding tenancy deposit schemes, registering with a GP, opening a bank account without a proof of address, and figuring out visa and work-rights requirements.
The information existed, but it was scattered across dozens of forums, outdated blog posts, and official pages that hadn't been updated in years. Worse, many people fell victim to accommodation scams, paid for unnecessary services, or simply didn't know their rights as tenants and employees.
We asked ourselves: what if there was one platform that helped people compare accommodation listings, jobs, legal and financial provider information, and practical life guides — all built with the experience of settling in the UK in mind?
That question became SettledHub. Today, we are a growing team based in London, building a directory and discovery experience. Some providers may describe regulatory status on their own profiles; users must confirm suitability and terms directly with each provider. We aim to feature providers who meet relevant standards where applicable.
SettledHub does not provide regulated legal, immigration, financial, or transport services directly.

We aim to present useful information clearly and highlight verification signals (if available) where providers share them. Users should always verify details directly with providers.

We work to operate the platform responsibly, including GDPR-aware data handling where applicable. We are a connector directory — providers remain responsible for their own regulated services.
